Doesn't look like you have to worry about that bending! Guess I need to find a machine shop.

TopgunZ 08-10-2015 04:17 PM

So did you make that yourself or have it fabbed by a shop?

That would be greatly appreciated!I now have everything but the long tube headers, tubing, block off plate for the intake and this piece.

Can you see any reason Stillen made it thinner at the bottom? It seems like extra work for nothing.

they did this so you don't have to hold the bolt with a wrench, the head of the bolt sits in there. but theres more then enough room to get a wrench in.

So it works absolutely perfect! I decided to mount the corner bracket like stillen did. I used 2 random nuts from my shops junk bin. This should Add some more strength in that area. I'm going to figure out a spacer or something for there. But the r&d part is done. Now its just painting stuff and putting back together. Theres a few things i needed to do to make it work. Ill post it all up tomorrow morning.

Also, the supercharger pulley looks like its touching, its not. there a lot of room there.
This setup is a 2.75 on charger 3.20 jack, 2.90 serp
