When I was picturing this, I wanted to keep the Vortech clocked the same way it is. Run the pre-intercooler pipe along the top of the radiator, turn thru the passenger intake hole in the core support, then into a top passenger-side inlet on the same intercooler BP uses for the single turbo (but upside down). Then the intercooler outlets will be on the driver and passenger-side bottom. Then route the post-intercooler charge pipes into the bottom of the engine bay and up to the stock intake manifold. Then use factory MAF locations and a pre-supercharger intake and filter similar to the Vortechs on the 350Z DE.
I'm no fabricator, so that may not be possible. But I'm almost positive Ive seen charge pipes routed that way. VSR maybe? Edit: yes it's VSR. Here's a couple of pics I found on Google. I mirror imaged them for a better mental image. ![]()
