Definitely an oil cooler is needed. I have a '12 and while stock the oem oil cooler couldn't keep up when pushed hard. Adding way more power adds way more heat. I've got a huge oil cooler and it keeps the temps in the "normal" range... As for more supporting mods, far gauge, boost gauge, and oil pressure gauge are very good to have.
