I'm not a fan of the factory yellowish-white color of the headlights. I've heard of issues though when changing the bulbs to a higher Kelvin such as 8k or 10k,

I'm not a fan of the factory yellowish-white color of the headlights. I've heard of issues though when changing the bulbs to a higher Kelvin such as 8k or 10k, is that true? Does the ballast have to be changed as well?

I went with 10000k because I was going for a certain look. I did give up some light, but it is not bad. Optimal brightness is around 5000 - 6000k. |
