That is my understanding. I have to pull really hard just to move the headrest up an inch. I suspect that I should be able to pull it up a

I have to pull really hard just to move the headrest up an inch. I suspect that I should be able to pull it up a few inches. And now, the same issue is happening to the passenger side. Makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong.
