Default Recommendation for HID kits

I'm sure there are tons of topics on HID kits out there. I just came upon carxenonhidkits.com and I couldn't find much reviews for them. Has anyone dealt with them before? If so, how was your experience with their products? I'm looking to upgrade my HID kit and want to make sure I buy the items from a reputable place. Thanks.

When I bought my Z, DDM Tuning 10k HID were already installed. I love those headlights. They were great.

As mentioned in another recent thread, the DDM kits are not "upgrades" to the stock system. The stock HID setup is far superior. If you want a different look, buy hotter/cooler bulbs.

That being said, I have had great luck with DDM kits/bulbs. I run DDM bulbs in my Z now, but I would never change the stock ballasts to their kit. No point.

The stock wattage is 35 watts btw. If for some reason you still feel the need to change the ballasts out, go with 35w.

Thanks for the info. Ive had great luck with ddm as well. I just wanted a little more light from my bulbs. Not too worried bout the color. I used ddm 55 watt kits in all my cars amd their a huge improvement. But thats over halogen bulbs. I have a honda accord with projectors that i swapped for the 55 watt kit too. Made a huge difference. Thats why i was considering it. But then again the 370 probably has better stock parts than all of my other cars.

i came from a 2000 toyota celica, and the stock 370z lights are intense and incredible. You sir are hard to please! Saying that the stock lights are not bright enough.
