Yes and No. With all the parts, it is a straight bolt on modificaiton. Very easy and takes less than an hr if you take your time. But to go all oem, you need to replace the fender well liners and the undertray. There is also a diffuser that mounts under the bumper cover and two small corner pieces. The undertray is ridiculously overpriced (~$1000), but there is an aluminum one made by Zspeed that you can use for $400.
