I'm glad to hear both can be connected with just a longer bolt, is there any way you could just include the longer bolts?

I'm not a fan of carbon fiber, but it would hide a little off track mishap I had.

I can't remember of the top of my head but I believe there are at least 8 total bolts that mount the spoiler to the bumper.

You have to drill out the 9 rivets.

No you shouldn't have to remove the bumper. You can re-install it with new rivets or I am sure you can find nuts & bolts to replace the rivets at the hardware store.

Flip this is gonna be hard it looks like its gonna be a mission to line up all the holes to redrill!!!

I might just cut off a section of the piece and secure it with 3m tape only...

No you don't need to re-drill anything once the rivets are out. Just pop a new rivet in the existing hole. You will need a riveting tool though if you don't have one already. Or just get some nuts & bolts that fit through the holes.
