Thanks. Be great to see a picture if anyone has done it.

I don't think there are too many people that would convert an older Nismo to a new one.

You are the lab rat on this one.

That is correct. They are for the individual skirts. Right and left.

Interesting. Most UK owners seem to prefer the Mk2 shape. I prefer the rear of the Mk1 and the wheels but I like the look of the Mk2 front. If I ever bite the bullet I'll post some pictures. :)

Here's an update.

Test fit the rear and will now start taping to paint with dark charcoal grey.

Looks good, get him to paint the black line back on the top of the bumper where it meets the trunk (it should have been masked off) or it will look funny.

Apparently there is meant to be pre applied masking tape on the top of the bumper, but mine didn't come with it either.

It's so that the black trim line from the trunk flows through the hatch area if that makes sense?

Mine didn't have the masking tape but there is a faint line on top which indicates the area to be left unpainted.

Sorry typed the previous message on my phone and it auto corrected a load of words .

You'll see what I mean when you put the lights back in.

Mine didn't have the masking tape is discussed but there was a faint line on the bumper itself distinguishing the area to be left unpainted.

Totally

So can you verify the parts that are necessary for the rear conversion?

I'll confirm when i get the bumper back from the paint shop

From what I know it will go straight on, but there are NISMO specific wheel arches. If there's a significant gap between the stock arches and the bumper i'll get them.
