I had the wheels dipped initially out of laziness but then I took them for powdercoat. The appeal and comfort of not worrying about something "peeling" is a much better route for me. I dipped the handles as well but after some time I was sick of pulling a layer off everytime I opened the door. I took them off during the weekend and painted them. The lip kit of course is in carbon fiber not sure what my referral was intended for.
