Default Vynal Roof

I want to vinyl my roof and I have seen two different ways. One is the basic top panel only. The other options is to follow the crease almost all the way back to the spoiler. I saw a picture once but I can not find it now. Anyone remember it? Does the vinyl hold up with that kind of edge?

First, it's vinyl (not trying to be a ****, just informative).

Second, the roof is one piece. If you go all the way back to the spoiler, that is going to be a separate piece for the hatch cover. I am unsure what you mean by "crease".

lol sorry guys. If you look at the back hatch there is a crease in the metal where it transitions from the hatch lines to the body lines. I saw someone here used that to follow.

My roof is painted but I do know a Pearl white Z owner that has done vinyl with success. I will link him.

i donno. i think the roof gloss black would look good, but putting a line on a curve of the rear glass bottom to me would look out of place.

I am not going to do a black spoiler so I think I will stick with the conventional method.

Black spoiler looks good if you dont do the hatch. Roof only maybe. Touches of black are good but don't go over board. The image of the car in the middle has gone too far in my book.
