Would like your opinion on my buzzing problem

If you are talking about threaded fasteners, some Loctite (or equiv), as per DjSquall, should do the trick. I'd get the "soft" stuff (eg, Blue 242) so it will be easier to remove the bolts later.

RTV may work for this application and may be easier to find.

I tried Loctite blue one. Unfortunately the buzz is coming back again. Should I try the red?

Unless the screws have backed out again, no. If the screws have backed out, it's worth a try.

Yes the bolts were loosen up again. Will come back after I try next time. I just put some more blue ones over the bolts yesterday.
