Bubbles In the Paint

Front and rear bumpers have small bubbles, raised blisters in the paint. Anyone? Pine sap is what one detail shop said, only on the plastic bumpers? Help, I know Nissan

Pine sap is what one detail shop said, only on the plastic bumpers? Help, I know Nissan will do nothing as the car has 46K miles on it. __________________ It's not my fault I'm old, I was born a very long time ago!
