Installation cost for an Ebay spoiler?

I would definitely go further than using just the 3m tape. I dont know which one on ebay your going with but mine came with screws and I told them

I dont know which one on ebay your going with but mine came with screws and I told them to use those as well. Didn't want that thing ever flying off.
