Does it suppose to work at all? A Friend from church says his 2012 370z backup fog light works. Does the bulb go bad or newer models come standard? I

A Friend from church says his 2012 370z backup fog light works. Does the bulb go bad or newer models come standard? I don't think I can DIY the fog light but I want to be safe backing up. I basically break everything I touch. Anybody near Jacksonville,Fl.
