It is not a wrap. It is a fender replacement from either Carbon Signal or AeroJacket. You can get all metal from CS or either all CF or FRP with CF inserts from AJ. There are others but these two are the most popular and reasonably priced. There are JDM fenders with different designs but will cost you.
