What's wrong with Agency power exhausts?

I had Agency power exhaust. It wasn't that bad but I sold it after awhile. It seemed that everytime I reach higher rpm, exhaust gets quieter?? At least that's how

It seemed that everytime I reach higher rpm, exhaust gets quieter?? At least that's how I felt and I got really annoyed. And that infamous farting sound it made when the car is closer to stopping.
