My first thought was that someone backed into you with a trailer hitch but the damage is much too low for that. It doesn't look like the lower piece is

My first thought was that someone backed into you with a trailer hitch but the damage is much too low for that. It doesn't look like the lower piece is even scratched, so I don't think you ran into a parking stop. Let us know if you figure it out.
