Whole project takes about an hr.. You can purchase a can of VHT nightshades and do it yourself. Here if my DIY.. DIY: How To Blackout Taillights I generally charge around $60-80 to tint taillights.. Most shops are around $100-160 for the lights you mentioned... What do you mean by the reflector? The bottom fog light?
