Nismo rear deck spoiler on 370Z sport coupe

Still unclear. I have a Touring Sport with the included "lip" style spoiler. If I purchase the Nismo S-Tune Spoiler which retails for about $800, will I have to drill

Still unclear. I have a Touring Sport with the included "lip" style spoiler. If I purchase the Nismo S-Tune Spoiler which retails for about $800, will I have to drill new holes? or does this part use the existing holes?

thats the same thing jazz was talking about. the actual Nismo spoiler, i believe, cost a lot more than the S-Tune.
