Do JDM bumpers come with install instructions? Ordered a lip from Bulletproof Auto and was wondering if it will be self explanatory or will I have to drill extra holes

Do JDM bumpers come with install instructions?
Ordered a lip from Bulletproof Auto and was wondering if it will be self explanatory or will I have to drill extra holes through the lip for the screws. Really hoping for the former *fingerscrossed*
