Default Remove door sill trim and footwell panel

The plastic material in the 370z seems so fragile.

I tried to look everywhere for this but how do you properly remove the door sill trim at the bottom and the panel by the foot well. I will be running speaker wires through their. They seem to be gripping on really tight so I am afraid to break them if I pull the wrong way.

Thanks much!

for speaker wires you can probably just pull up the door seal (rubber) and drop the wires in there.

Factory Service Manual (FSM) is the place to start for disassembling procedures. Link in my sig.

Edit: a trim panel pry tool comes in handy.
