Intel. key light on - TPMS Blinks

weird... so I just unplugged and reattached my battery and now that stuff went away.... acting normal.... Am I ok to connect the rest of the gauges to on the

Am I ok to connect the rest of the gauges to on the stock wiring harness where the triple gauge initially was connected? Again, I'm running three Defi red Racer Gauges... want to avoid any more hiccups on this...
