As per Cbtech, you should be OK putting multiple ground wires under the same bolt. It can present problems if high-current loads are involved but, as long as you have good electrical connection, you can run a lot of gauges off the same ground point.

I like to put a little bulb grease or similar on all the connectors, bottom of bolt head, and the car ground point to ward off corrosion but not a big deal in the cabin.

The biggest problem with multi grounds is if something needs to be hot all the time (log data, presets, &c) and you need to unwire another device that use the same ground point. You usually end up killing the power to everything on that point (especially if you use ring lugs).
