When ordering Nismo body kits do you need to specify the kit styling year?

I have been looking at getting a Nismo body but am confused (and a noob!). It appears that there have been changes to the styling over the years but the kit vendors don't ask you to specify which year's stying you want. What am I missing.

Here is an example:

2009 Nismo article from Motortrend: 2009 Nissan 370Z Nismo S-tune Package Revealed on Model's New Japanese Site - Motor Trend WOT

Z1 Nismo rear: NISMO 370Z Rear Fascia

Not the same. Now, I know the rear sides in the Motortrend has addons but the 2009 doesn't have slots and the Z1 shown does. Skirts too seem to have changed. Here is the 2010: http://the-grayline.com/wp-content/u...SMO-370z-2.jpg
