Paintless dent repair drivers side rear panel question

Here's what a nice little hail stone did to my fender. The dent popped out nicely and it looks like new. In my case though they did repaint the car

Here's what a nice little hail stone did to my fender. The dent popped out nicely and it looks like new. In my case though they did repaint the car - had to replace hood, roof and hatch.
