Color code nedded

I think in most cases the bracket is only screwed through the dimpled non-painted black part of the bumper. are you sure yours has been screwed through the painted part

I think in most cases the bracket is only screwed through the dimpled non-painted black part of the bumper. are you sure yours has been screwed through the painted part as well?
