Default Cup holder removal ?

Sometimes it's the simple things that screw me up. Was trying to remove my cup holder to adjust the e brake cable underneath. No amount of pulling up seems to work so I was wondering if there is something differenct with the 2012 Roadster Touring.

Thanks guys for any info

Jim

sometimes happens to me as well. I just grab the inside on the cup holder and wiggle it a bit then pull. if you still can't get it off, might just have to remove the entire center console... more hassle though

Pull the hell out of it, but won't come up. Will get the dealer to deal with it when I get my first oil change.

Thanks

Put your hand (fingers) in the back of the cup and pull back and up. The clips at the back should pop up and then you can pull it out. First time is the toughest.

Default Success - Thanks

Great, pulled up from the back and the whole thing poped up. Didn't realize it was the whole section, thought it was the only the cup part. Tip, take your change out of the cup, when mine poped I had quarters all over the place ;-)
