Headlight flickers when downshifting to 3rd gear

More than likely a loose/dirty connector or bad wire. Unplug all the connectors going to the light, check for dirt/corrosion, clean as needed, plug back in. If it still happens,

Unplug all the connectors going to the light, check for dirt/corrosion, clean as needed, plug back in. If it still happens, try wiggling the wiring with the lights on.
