Is it a good idea to buy a damaged Nismo wing?

Maybe I am thinking of a different material or technology has changed in the last 10 years. When I was rear ended 10 years ago in my Celica, I was told that whatever the stock bumper was made of needed to be replaced because the material was not fixable. I thought it was polyurethane.

I am glad you replied. So the consensus is that this wing is probably ABS plastic. Do you think the crack can be fixed and fully restored in strength?

At my shop we would charge $100 to fix plus paint time.
