I was looking at them last night and to be honest ther are no brigter than any other hid fog lights from newer cars,,so my dillema is do i just

I was looking at them last night and to be honest ther are no brigter than any other hid fog lights from newer cars,,so my dillema is do i just go ahead and rewire them so they stay on at all times?kind of like to a ign,lighter fuse so as soon as the car starts the light are always on,day or night, ,what do you guys think? Im in New Mexico and in a small town so traffic and freeway cars is not an issue...as far as blinding on coming traffic goes,,,lol,,,,
