Does it not come with all the mounting hardware? I thought it came with the bolts and the double sided tape? It is my understanding that it will use the

I thought it came with the bolts and the double sided tape? It is my understanding that it will use the same holes and cover any extra that the factory sport spoiler used. Is that not correct?
