Thats sucks that they closed it.
Hopefully they see that their credibility is being questioned and they will still follow though with UPS and work on resolving. Like Mike and other members said, as a vendor you have to be smart. Realize who you are dealing with (whether its a poster with 5K or 3 posts) your reputation carries you a long way and often brings loyal customers.
