Default Amuse body kit - anyone suffer from front bumper cracking?

so i'm likely to pick up a full amuse kit this week. i found out that even the genuine kit is made from fiberglass, and not polyurethane. i'm worried about the front bumper potentially cracking from unavoidable oh-sh1t potholes or dips in the road, especially living in nyc. i've stayed on stock height because of where i live. front bumper has scrapped countless times, and exhaust pipes are flattened out. so i'd like to know from some other amuse owners if the front bumper can take the abuse or not? would suck to have to start trying like a paranoid grandma behind the wheel

If your already having issues now your problems are only going to get worse if you ever think about getting it dropped.

I know the front bumper extends more than the stock bumper so it will scrape on angled driveways where it may not being stock.

But those are negatives of having a nicer car.

Ultimately you need to just weigh if you can deal with spending the extra $$ for something that sooner or later will get damaged.

You can get a way with it to some extent IF you keep it at stock level if thats where your at.

It may look 4x4 but you can also look at a coilovers so it gives you the ability to drop for the weekend and raise for the daily drive if it's a daily.
