So it am not an expert but Yellow wire is constant power, take a test light and test the blue wire with the turn signal on.. It should pulse, if so try wiring to the black and blue if the blue pulses. That should get it flashing, not sure how to get it to stay on when not turning.
I would try also connecting to the yellow. When the lights are on that yellow should light them up, and when turning the blue would disrupt the power, the black is the ground. If that's not it the connect the ground to the blue and power to the yellow. Attached was for another guy. On the inside off the light the colors are correct outside they are striped. Thats all I can think of brother. Man I just read what I wrote and it sound like I'm on crack but its a process of elimination.
