Lightbulb Lumbar support on stock seats?

So I've found that while I'm driving I often find myself readjusting my driving position in the seat every 10 minutes or so, sometimes even shifting the seat itself to try to find another position that's comfortable. Yes this has been talked about before (particularly by our more elderly members ) but I'm wondering if anyone is currently using some sort of lumbar structure with their stock seats? Any suggestions on which ones to get?

The wire mesh type seems to be pretty popular around my area but I'm hoping other people might chime in to alternative solutions.

Cheers!

They're basically the same with different materials arent they? Unfortunately I'm stuck with base seats until I can find $1500 in change under them for a set of brides or something.

No, touring has more padding and lumbar control

And I think because it's electric it provides a more adjustable seating position because I literally can move it back and forth in very small increments
.

Ten again I don't know how the base seats work

Does touring also have lumbar adjustability even to a limited degree? I know some elec seats also have a control for how far the lower back portion bulges out.

I think back positions, especially after problems set in, are very individual. I have chronic back problems but find the base seat pretty good in that regard. I just went on my first 4 hour drive and brought some memory foam cushions and various other material to use to shape my back support if such a long drive revealed discomfort not noticed in shorter trips. You only have one spine and unlike some other organs, they can't swap it out for you so take care of it!

You have to fit lumbar support to you so what someone else uses may be not work at all. You might consider going to the fabric store and buying a block of memory foam. You can then start chopping and whittling using an electric carving knife until you find what works. You might still find on long trips that you need to move around or shift around/swap your lumbar support. My back doesn't like the same position for more than 20 minutes.

I hate the touring seats :-|

Nissan should've spent some more time designing seats.
