Aftermarket LED Interior Lights

Quick question, I installed some LEDs for the interior, they weren't the 9 LED pods, is it normal for the LEDs to stay on real dim even if the car

Quick question, I installed some LEDs for the interior, they weren't the 9 LED pods, is it normal for the LEDs to stay on real dim even if the car is off? Are the LEDs defective or is it normal? Here's a picture of the lights on and off.
