Default Shifter knob question

So I install the nismo CF shifter knob and it comes with a rubber spacer to make it a more seamless transition from it to the cover.

However, I hate the rubber spacer. It looks awful. Does anyone know where you can metal spacer that will look nicer, and if not, do you know of a shifter knob that has a large diameter bottom that will transition nicely to the cover like the OEM one does?
