NEED HELP ASAP PLZ!!! Valentine One Radar

Trying to hardwire a Valentine One. I followed this guide:

DIY: Valentine 1 HardWire (pix heavy)

And no success. Don't think it's the fuse since the cigarette outlet is working. Checked the phone cable and its good. Redid the ground wire. Tested the radar in another car and its fine. CANT GET IT TO TURN ON!!
