This might be a silly question but when it comes to registering the car, for the color would you say the actual paint color or the color of the vinyl?

This might be a silly question but when it comes to registering the car, for the color would you say the actual paint color or the color of the vinyl? Reason I'm asking because its not a repaint and is easily reversable but you're changing the color of the car

Register the car as is. If its a wrap you dont have to register the vinyl color. At least i didnt!
