I know where the pinch welds are but I was just wondering where in the service manual are the lift points mentioned.
I purchased the Michelin jack and will be lifting the car using the front and rear jack points with a 10 oz. hockey puck on the saddle. For the front I have to drive up on 2x8's first so that the jack can clear the lip. For both ends, when the saddle is underneath the jack point, the handle of the jack is no where near 90 degrees to the ground so I can only get short handle strokes. I will place the jack stands underneath the pinch welds. |
