Simota, aren't you the guy that was brave enough to tackle blacking out your own headlights? If you can accomplish that then I don't think you would have any problem

If you can accomplish that then I don't think you would have any problem spraying your own wheels. I'm sure there is a paint out there that can hold up well, and if you screw them up, or it doesn't hold up I bet you could get a used set of stock rims for the same price as a powdercoat job.
