Question on front lip installations

I had the EVO lip on mine which had the self tapping screws/tape. I put a bit of glue on the screws just to make sure they would not back

I put a bit of glue on the screws just to make sure they would not back out. The tape held on fine with no issues with the lip coming loose or anything else.
