Blind spot elemination idea

Thanks for your post but this illustrates the problem..see how your mirrors duplicate a lot of what you already see?? They show a lot of area you already see and make the extra area very small,.

Imagine if the mirror was flat and placed at an angle to the original mirror..now you would see the additional area but objects in that area would not be so small...
Its not so much a problem on the drivers side but on the passengers side ..objects are so small you cannot see them..

I was thinking of carrying a microscope and using it each time I glanced at the passengers mirror but.....
