Its not so much a problem on the drivers side but on the passengers side ..objects are so small you cannot see them..

I was thinking of carrying a microscope and using it each time I glanced at the passengers mirror but.....

Why don't you just use a small flat mirror, and create the angle you are describing by putting something in behind on one side to angle it away from you?

Thats is exactly what I am trying to do...but how?? I am not the handiest guy on the planet..in fact if you remember the comedy Home Improvement with some buffoon who could not hang a picture straight..that was based on my life!
