Or you just set your mirrors correctly (so you don't see the side of your car in them) and you will have no real blind spots...

It's taken a bit to get used to but now that I have there is no need for stick on mirrors or such.

How about no? I'd rather have a lighter SPORTS CAR than nissan adding weight/costs installing safety devices to cater to people who can't do things like use their mirrors correctly.

Low cost cars like the Focus come with them from the factory, why can Nissan get that idea?

![]() Also I have found that adjusting the seat to a little bit of a recline position helps with visibility outback. With all the above mentioned, I can track all sides of the car in the mirrors

THAT DID IT!!
I went to Pep Boys and found a much better selection of mirrors than I had found elsewhere..I found a slightly convex one that is much better than what I had been using and got two for about y7 dollars.. They look great and add about 25% more on visibility on the passengers side! Problem solved! Thanks so much! |

Ok so tell me how I adjust the mirror so I can see a car coming from my right hand side at an intersection where the intersecting road cannot be seen in the windshield because it is not intersecting at a 90 degree angle but at something less and cannot be seen thought the pillar on the right hand side because the side mirror cannot be adjusted far enough out to see it either? I have had to stop and actually get out of the car in this situation.. Last edited by RiCharlie; 08-03-2012 at 09:17 PM. |
