Canadian version DOES come with working rear FOG light. I don't know where's the switch. One of the Canadian Z owner maybe able to help OP.

I've never seen one in British Columbia... I think i'm the only one who driving 370Z in B.C so far... lol

According to the manual it's on the turn signal stock (rotating switch)...if you can't find it there then you can always ask the service manager at your dealer.

It is
located at the light switch,you must switch on the main beam,then push the inside knob to switch on.
