I struggled a bit to decipher it.. lol
Seems like he was mad about something regarding stock Fog lights in Z's in Canada and the Red reflectors using high beams in the US. Then something about how it doesn't make international sense for a car to have the fog light switch near the high beams because they look the same. Then he tries to find a button. Then tells AK to make his day by proving him wrong.

And then probably picked his nose and $hit his pants.

So I decided to prove him wrong... got bored
