EVO-R Sideskirts Question...

Quick and silly question, I PMed EvoR and haven't heard back yet. Before I order the skirts, I need to know if they'll get in the way of a lift?

Default EVO-R Sideskirts Question...

Quick and silly question, I PMed EvoR and haven't heard back yet.

Before I order the skirts, I need to know if they'll get in the way of a lift? Will they have to be removed everytime the car will need to go on a lift? I only ask because I had a set of sideskirt wings on my 350Z that needed to be removed as they got in the way.

nope, but most of the shops I have taken them to hate it. They just have to be extra careful.

this is the right answer... you wont have to take it out.... but most shops will complain to you about it...

it doesnt make the car that much lower.... the problem is that it sticks outward like 2-3 inches with a 3/4 downward lip... so if the shop dont watch out they could crack it when they swing in the arms for the lift.....

Invest in a super low profile jack and you should be ok... probably cost you around $100.
