Not sure if you found anything but i changed my mirrors to Carbon mirrors and it was really easy to get to the mirrors.
Start by grabbing the bottom of the inner plastic door piece and pull out. There are around 10 or so tabs that hold that piece on. I cant recall if both sides had screws that hold where the handle piece is. Once that piece is off there are 3 screws behind the mirror just unscrew those and you are done... Nissan really could have made it easier to get to the mirror by making little tabs to pull out on the triangle portion behind the mirror
